Today Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated 12th International Association of Police Academies Conference (INTERPA) at National Forensic Science University campus in Gandhinagar. The two-days long Conference was organized in Gujarat which was led by INTERPA President, Gujarat Director General of Police, NFSU Vice Chancellor, representatives from India and abroad and other dignitaries.
On the occasion, Chief Minister Patel said that under leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is at par with developed countries of the world in the field of Policing and Defense. Describing the role of police force as important for the Internal Security of any nation, he said that in today’s modern times, the conference will provide a suitable medium to exchange Policies, Best Practices and Training Methods among INTERPA member countries for ‘Zero Tolerance’ against crimes committed through the use of technology.
