Today in Ahmedabad, atmosphere suddenly changed in the evening, with unseasonal rain coming after thrunderstorm winds, temperature fell down and it started raining. Due to heavy winds incidents of tree getting uprooted in Jodhpur and Memnagar were reported. One big hoarding fell down in Vadaj area. Two wheeler riders had difficulty in driving due to thunderstorm and wet roads.
In some parts of Saurashtra incidents of hailstorms were reported. In Gujarat, rain was felt in Patan, Chanasma,Kheda and Matar. Weather has changed in Saurashtra with rain in Rajkot, Junagadh, Gr Somnath and Veraval.
Unseasonal rains have caused worries to Gujarat farmers.
