Water Supply stopped in Ahmedabad on non payment of water tax

In Ahmedabad district, water supply to 447 villages and 6 nagar palikas will be stopped over non payment of water tax for drinking water.

Rs 60 crores worth of water tax is levied by authorities from Detroj, Viramgaam and Mandal talukas. 60 lakh litre of water is supplied every day.
