For Cooperative societies elections, Vipul Chaudhary moved supreme court against state government’s disqualification order by Gujarat High Court. In the petition, Chaudhary had challenged the verdict by Gujarat HC of disqualification which has been upheld by Supreme Court. Apex court has denied to give any relief to Chaudhary. As a result, Chaudhary will have to resign from Chairmanship of Dudhsagar Dairy. Hearing is held on Court No 2. There is uphevel among Gujarat state officials with this event, as per sources.
