Chaudhary disqualified to contest in any election for next 3 years as he is facing serious allegations of corruption. Implementation of decision only after Supreme Court permission in this regard.
Mahesana Jilla Sahkari Dudh Utpadak Sangh Limited by Commissioner of Cooperatives and Registrar of Sahkari Mandli, Government of Gujarat under section 76(B)(1)(2). State Cooperative Commissioner and Registrar’s decision will be submitted to Supreme Court on next date of hearing(20th of this month) and implemented after Supreme Court order.
