Today Vadodara Collector office team arrives at Sumandeep Medical College to investigate chief Mansukh Shah’s land scam. Collector office team including Land Record Officer and Surveyor visited the site. They will do land measurement and survey at the site and will probe into encroachment done by Shah over the government land. All DDO District Development Officer and Mamlatdars were present at the site in Survey of land.
In past, Shah has given undertaking on Rs 50 stamp paper that he will not do any encroachment over government land. It is evident that from Sumandeep Medical College public road is passing and encroachment over 49,000 sq foot area is done by Shah by illegally constructing 8 to 9 building. If actual and legitimate survey on encroachment by Shah over government land is done, half of the buildings have to be demolished.
Shah established channels with government office due to which they were not taking any action against him but now after exposure of the scam and a complaint against him in Waghodia police station.
Surveyor team kept away themselves from media, gives indications of something fishy and trying to wind up.
