Today in Vadodara, at Dabka village of Padra taluka 150 people were stranded in river water of Mahisagar river. 5 lakh cusec water was released into Mahisagar river which raised the water level. Rescue operations started to help stranded people.

District collector Lochan Sehra reached Padra. One team of NDRF (National Disaster Response Force) has been dispatched for rescue operations.
