Vadodara: IT Officer murders wife and buries dead body in the compound.
Dead body of wife was buried 5.5 feet deep in the compound. 10 days back Lokesh Kumar called his wife from Jaipur hostel and killed his wife by strangulating her. Lokesh’s wife was pursuing BEd from Jaipur by staying in hostel. When crime took place friend of Lokesh was present and with his help the entire crime was executed. Lokesh and his friend eloped the site after executing the crime. During 10 days hole was digged out and planning was done to murder his wife by Lokesh.
He hired a house in Trisha Duplex near Airport in the city. Lokesh is posted in IT Income Tax Department in Vadodara.
Police and FSL team is at the site doing further investigation. Jaipur and Vadodara police jointly carried out the operation to dig out dead body of lokesh’s wife. Husband Lokesh and girls’s parents had lodged a police complaint of her missing in Jaipur police station. Dead body of wife was taken out using JCB machine.
Mobile Call details of Lokesh helped in solving the entire case. Reasons of murder in the case are attributed to the extra marital affair of Lokesh Kumar and demand for dowry from wife and in-laws. Lokesh admitted of having executed the crime by himself at Vadodara.
Police believes that Apartment was rented by Lokesh to kill his wife. In-laws of Lokesh and accused all are present at the crime site.
Dead body of Lokesh’s wife will be taken to Rajasthan. Police is hunting for co-accused friend of Lokesh for his involvement in executing the crime.
