Today, In Vadodara High-profile liquor party case at Akhananand Farm FSL Report has come out on blood samples submitted to FSL Forensic Science Laboratory in Gandhinagar. Samples of 273 persons detained from site were sent to FSL, out of which 143 persons have been tested positive and 130 persons have been tested negative with a percentage ration of 60 % Male and 45% Female tested positive for liquor party.
On the party day raid was conducted by Vadodara Rural DSP.
Vadodara district’s DySP KD Parmar informed that on party day all male were detained and they will be produced before court and action against them will be taken as per CrPC and Supreme Court guidelines. Even, female involved in the party will be summoned and taken to court. Chargesheet will be framed against male who were detained from the party venue.
