Today in wee hours in Vadodara, 4 persons were killed and 15 injured when their tempo overturned at a village in the district, police said. Tempo overturned on a road at Jepura village under Savli taluka of the district. Whereas 3 persons died on the spot, 1 succumbed to injuries while being shifted to hospital, District Superintendent of Police (rural) told.
The injured persons were taken to nearby hospitals. Mostly labourers, hailing from villages in Vadodara and the neighbouring Panchmahal district. An investigation in the case was on.
