Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who arrived to participate in the Border Area Development Festival Conference, was given a warm welcome at Bhuj of Kutch district.
Home Minister Shah and Union Rural Development Minister Narendrasinh Tomar arrived at Bhuj late last night to participate in the conference to be held tomorrow with the sarpanch-leaders of the three border districts of the state at Dhordo of the district.
Preparations were made in the tent city of Rann of Kutch, ahead of Home Minister Amit Shah’s visit. Minister Shah met BSF Border Security Force officers today morning and took stock of situation along Gujarat border at Kutch.
