Husband and wife who supervised the hospital died due to suffocation in fire incident at Modi Eye Care Hospital. Nareshbhai Parghi (age 25) and his wife Harshaben Parghi (age 24), residents of Dhariyawad village in Pratapgarh district of Rajasthan, have died of suffocation.
Fire broke out late at last night at Modi Eye Care Centre, hospital located near Jay Mangal BRTS bus stand in Naranpura area of Ahmedabad city. Fire brigade was informed around 9:30 am. on getting message fire brigade officials reached the spot immediately. According to the fire brigade, when they arrived there were no flames, but only smoke. A man and a woman were found dead on the bed.
