A session on Mediation and Information Technology will be held. * The National Judicial Conference has been organized by Gujarat High Court on April 9 and 10, 2023 at the Tent City of Kevadia Colony near Statue of Unity.
President of India Ram Nath Kovind, Governor of Gujarat Acharya Devvrat and Chief Justice of India Shri NV Raman will be present at inauguration of this conference. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, Minister for Law and Justice of Government of India Kiran Rijiju and Justice Shri L. Nageshwar Rao, Justice Shri S. Abdul Nazir, Justice MR Shah, Justice Shri Vikram Nath and Justice Smt Bella M. Trivedi – Judges of Supreme Court will also be present as special guests at this conference. They will benefit invited guests through their experiences and ideas on various topics. Minister of Law and Justice of Gujarat Rajendra Trivedi will also attend the inauguration function.
Justice Shri DY Chandrachud, Judge of the Supreme Court of India and Chairman of E-Committee of Supreme Court of India will address the meeting via video conferencing on second day of the conference on “Future of Justice – Technology and Judiciary”.
