Trump Modi visit to Ahmedabad termed as Namaste Trump by AMC

Donald Trump and Narendra Modi visit to Gujarat on 24th February will be called as Mamaste Trump, in place of Kem Chhe Trump. Theme of US President Trump to Ahmedabad visit has been changed by AMC Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.


Trump would start India visit from Modi’s home state. On security arrangements, DCP Vijay Patel held a press conference in Ahmedabad.

Both dignitaries would receive ceremonial welcome and Guard of Honour at Ahmedabad Airport. They will visit Gandhi Ashram, Motera Cricket Ground & Sabarmati Riverfront in Ahmedabad during Gujarat visit. They will enjoy road show and cultural program also. Foreign guests are invited to visit new Motera Cricket Stadium.

World Largest Cricket Stadium at Motera in Ahmedabad would be visited by two of the world’s top leaders, who will inaugurate the stadium in Ahmedabad on 24 February at 4 pm. 1,20,000 people will visit the stadium and 28 parkings have been made at the stadium in a periphery of 1.5 kms. The inaugural ceremony will last for 2 hours.
 25 IPS, 65 ACP, 200 PI and 800 PSI will take care of security arrangements. 10,000 police personnel will be deployed at site.

All departments of AMC Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation’s are on run for readiness to welcome PM Modi and US President Trump. The would of dignitaries would cost Rs 100 crores to Gujarat state.

Ahmedabad: elder brother hijacked to recover money from younger brother; complaint in Navrangpura police
