Prominent stakeholders and students unite to explore digital integration, evidence-based practice, and innovation in Homoeopathy
Gandhinagar, December 03, 2024: The Aarihant Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Institute, constituent college of Swarrnim Startup & Innovation University, co-hosted the Gujarat HomoeoElite 2024 recently. The event CME saw the active participation of many doctors and students which includes20 faculty members &10 students from our homoeopathic medical college and was graced by Shri Rushikeshbhai Patel, Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Gujarat, as the Chief Guest.
Dr. Anil Khurana, Chairman, National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), encouraged practitioners and PG Students to adopt evidence-based homoeopathy and document their findings for publication in reputed journals.
The event aimed to create awareness of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and its enrolment processes and highlighting the importance of the Clinical Establishment Act and its regulations. Shri Rushikesh Patel delivered an inspiring inaugural speech, emphasising the significant role of Homoeopathy in improving the quality of life as well as for treatment.
Dr. Pinakin Trivedi, President, Board of Ethics and Registration for Homeopathy (BERH), NCH, motivated stakeholders to register themselves in the Central Register of NCH. Dr Tarkeshwar Jain, Chairman, Medical and Education Board, spoke at length about the current scenario of Homoeopathic practice in Gujarat.
NCH Secretary,Dr. Sanjay Gupta &Dr. Anand Chaturvedi, Member, Medical Assessment and Rating Board for Homoeopathy (MARBH), NCHwere also guided to young Practitioner and PG students.
highlight of the event was the recognition of top threemeritorious students from the final BHMS batch of Aarihant Homoeopathic Medical College and Research Institute (AHMC&RI) amonst other. Medals and certificates of appreciation were awarded by the minister and NCH officials to top performers: Himani Jadeja, Sefali Patel, and Karan Thakkar.

Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University showcased its Startup Cell, with innovative models prepared by students across various departments, including Materia Medica, Practice of Medicine, Anatomy, and Repertory. These models served as a testament to the integration of homoeopathy with innovative thinking and practical application.One of the startup have also show case their initiative from Homeopathy department named WETCOAL founded by Ms. Devanshi Soni, Mr. Harsh Gohil and Mr. Anchal Shah
The event concluded with a renewed focus on the importance of ABDM for Homoeopathic practitioners and a deeper understanding of the Clinical Establishment Act.
