Gandhinagar, January 13, 2025: Swarrnim Startup & Innovation University has announced a collaboration with the National Innovation Foundation (NIF) to promote innovation and entrepreneurship. The two organisations signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) recently, signifying a shared vision to empower students, innovators, and entrepreneurs by providing them with the tools, mentorship, and resources needed to transform ideas into impactful ventures.
As part of this collaboration, Swarrnim University and NIF will engage in joint research and development initiatives focusing on critical areas such as sustainable development, technology, and social innovation. Additionally, skill development and training programs will be introduced to upskill students and entrepreneurs, equipping them with expertise in business management, technology, and product development.
The MoU, signed at the university’s Gandhinagar campus, reflects a joint commitment by both the organisations to building a robust startup ecosystem by nurturing early-stage ventures, offering access to cutting-edge infrastructure, and facilitating opportunities for funding and industry networking.
The partnership is expected to pave the way for the creation of new startups, contributing to job creation and economic growth. Both institutions are dedicated to supporting social innovation by encouraging solutions that address pressing social challenges, and also driving India’s socio-economic development.
