In Surat city, Kapodra police has exposed a big scam of Aadhaar card update. In which bogus signature and stamp of Varachha MLA were used. Police has also arrested an accused in connection with the scam. DCP Alok Kumar has shared all information in a media press conference. The entire racket of updating Aadhaar card was run using bogus signature and stamp of Varachha BJP MLA Kumar Kanani which has been busted by Kapodra police. Based on information received, the police has arrested a person named Deepak Patnaik. Accused Deepak is an MBA student. He used to get people to sign the form to make new PAN cards. Accused used to charge Rs 200 per form from applicant. This is being considered the biggest scam done of Aadhaar card and PAN card update.
