Today in Surat, Police arrested three men including a former employees for theft of rough 7,184 diamonds worth Rs 50.31 lakhs in Katargam area. Of the three two were sacked in resent past from the unit while one is currently in the targeted unit. Two old and one new employees made the conspiracy of stealing diamonds. During stern investigation employees admitted of the theft. The plan was made 3 months back.
Thieves entered from back side by climbing through rope catching gutter pipeline. They even broke CCTV cameras in the shop to remove all the trace behind them.
