Today Chragesheet against Patidar leader and PAAS Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti member Hardik Patel was submitted in Amroli court by Surat Crime Branch as per directive by Supreme Court. In sedition case Hardik has been chargesheeted under sections 124, 115 and 201 mentioning attack on media, gherao to police station. A 1000 page chargesheet submitted by crime branch with many evidences and witnesses. Chargesheet prepared with the help of 140 witnesses.
Hardik will be produced in the court on Jan 11. On that day his lawyer will be given chargesheet. His call details, WhatsApp information and witnesses statements used as important evidence in the case, as per sources.
