Surat boy Harmit Desai shines at Common Wealth Games 2018; wins Gold Medal for India in Table Tennis
Today Surat boy Harmit Desai brings proud moment for India as he wins Gold Medal at Common Wealth Games 2018.
Harmit wins in Table Tennis doubles and defeated Nigeria.
With gold of Harmit, Tally of Indian gold medal has increased.
Harmit’s parents were delighted to see their son winning gold in International sports event.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi used to enquire about Harmit during his visit to Surat. Harmit too is a fan of PM Modi.
Harmit’s family is more than delighted. His mother said Harmit is good in studies , as he used to study during last month of exam but scored good marks even in board exams like SSC and HSC. He is a very committed boy.
For past 3 years, Harmit did not taste sweets or ice cream, as he was very conscious about his health. Now after winning gold medal in international sports event, he will tasste ice cream.
Harmit do not eat junk food. His mother, by profession is a Nutritionist, who used to take care of proteins and nutritional needs of his son during his play.
