On Sunday in Surat, an FIR was lodged against a man named Bharat Gohil for allegedly dressing his dog in the colours of the Indian flag. Bharat took part in an event called Pet Run in Surat on 26 January, as per sources.
This incident and gesture shows the height of folly of a person using national flag to dress up his dog. People are so sick and hungry of publicity, can go upto any extent for cheap publicity.
