In Surat from ASI Assistant sub-inspector Prakash Raghunath Patil 800 times property has been found. ASI Patil will be booked under charges of corruption. Before this also 284 times property was found from ASI Patil.
Case of disproportionate assets of ASI Patil of Kadodara GIDC police station has come up. Patil was suspended following the hooch tragedy at Vareli village in October.
During 20 days of search by LCB Local Crime Branch Surat, assets including Jalaram Society Dumbhal plot no 70 and 71, Jagdambika Apartment ground floor shop no 7, Palsana block no 510/1, 510 b, 508, 18 to 25, Adarsh Bungalows Palsana block no 145 b, plot no 17 to 19, Shiv Vardhan society pravat gaam industrial plot no 524, Fair Labs Palsana partner, SRP Chemicals partner and Vankad Puna Maharashtra flat were found. In last 4 years Rs 81 lakhs were spent. Prakash Patil is unmarried and still spending somuch money has brought him under scanner.
