The matter is being heard by three bench judge in the Supreme Court today and Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi said that the CVC Central Vigilance Commission has filed an ‘exhaustive’ report in the case.
The Supreme Court gave CBI Director Alok Verma time till November 19 to respond to the report filed by the CVC.

SC proposes to provide Alok Verma with preliminary CVC probe report in sealed cover. He will have to file reply in sealed cover.
The Supreme Court will take cognisance of the report of the CVC, placed before it in a sealed cover, with regard to the probe into the allegations of corruption against Verma.
