In Gujarat Encounters Case, today Supreme Court gives a copy of Justice H S Bedi committee report on the inquiry into 22 encounter killings in Gujarat from 2002-2007 to the petitioners.
SC bench steered by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi said it would later decide on whether to accept or reject the final report.
Narendra Modi was chief minister during 2002 to 2007.
