Today, Supreme Court on reserved its orders on Teesta Setalvad social activisit’s anticipatory bail application. The apex court, in its interim order, directed that Setalvad and her husband Javed Anand will not be arrested in the fund embezzlement case. In Gulberg funds case, SC asked Gujarat Police what is the need for custodal interorrogation of Teesta and her husband. It will direct them to provide all documents and names of donors.
