Today, Supreme Court  has directed the lieutenant governor of Delhi to arrive at a decision of  either dissolve the assembly or form government within four weeks.

On February 14, on resigning by then Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal of Aam Aadmi Party , Delhi assembly was suspended. Charge of Delhi then went to Governor of the state.
