There is good news for those who go to their homes on festivals. Indian Railways will run special trains during upcoming Diwali and Chhath Puja. To facilitate WR Western Railway zone passengers of Indian Railways and to meet demand for travel during upcoming festive season, Western Railway has decided to run special trains for festivals from Bandra Terminus to Bhuj, Okha, Bhavnagar Terminus and Bikaner.
Train No. 09417/ 09418 Bandra Terminus – Bhuj Weekly Special will depart from Bandra Terminus every Saturday at 19:25 hrs and reach Bhuj at 12:20 hrs next day. The train will run from 6 to 27 November 2021.
Similarly, Train No. 09418 Bhuj – Bandra Terminus Weekly Special will leave Bhuj every Friday at 23:30 hrs and reach Bandra Terminus at 15:40 hrs next day. The train will run from 5 to 26 November 2021. On the way, the train will stop at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Viramgam, Dhrangadhra, Samkhiyali and Gandhidham stations in both the directions. The train will have AC 2-tier, AC 3-tier, sleeper class and second class seating coaches.
Bandra Terminus-Okha Special Train No. 09255 Bandra Terminus – Okha Special will depart from Bandra Terminus on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 09:15 hrs and reach Okha at 04.00 hrs next day.
Similarly, Train No. 09256 Okha – Bandra Terminus Special will leave Okha at 11.40 am on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 and reach Bandra Terminus at 06.35 am next day. The train will stop at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Nadiad, Ahmedabad, Viramgam, Surendranagar, Rajkot and Hapa stations. The train has AC two tier, AC three tier, sleeper class and second class seating coaches.
Bandra Terminus-Bhavnagar Terminus Special Train No. 09453 Bandra Terminus – Bhavnagar Terminus Special will depart from Bandra Terminus every Friday at 09.15 hrs and reach Bhavnagar Terminus at 23.45 hrs on same day. The train will run on November 05 and 12, 2021.
Similarly train number 09454 Bhavnagar Terminus – Bandra Terminus Special will depart from Bhavnagar Terminus every Thursday at 14.50 hrs and reach Bandra Terminus at 06.00 hrs next day. The train will run on November 4 and 11, 2021. On the way, the train will stop at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Nadiad, Ahmedabad, Surendranagar Gate, Botad, Dhola Junction, Songadh and Bhavnagar Mercury stations. The train will have AC two tier, AC three tier, sleeper class and second class seating coaches.
Bandra Terminus- Bikaner Festive Special Train No. 04706 Bandra Terminus – Bikaner Special will depart from Bandra Terminus at 17.30 hrs on Monday, November 8, 2021 and reach Bikaner at 15.15 hrs next day.
Similarly, Train No. 04705 Bikaner – Bandra Terminus Special will depart from Bikaner at 16.30 hrs on Sunday, November 7, 2021 and reach Bandra Terminus at 15.45 hrs next day. The train will stop at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Mehsana, Patan, Bhildi, Dhanera, Raniwara, Marwad, Bhinmal, Modran, Jalor, Molaksar, Samdari, Luni, Jodhpur, Medta Road, Nagaur and Nokha stations. The train has AC two tier, AC three tier, sleeper class and second class seating coaches.
Pune-Bhagat Ki Kothi-Pune Special (Weekly) Railways will run a festival special train between Pune and Bhagat Ki Kothi. In addition, additional coaches will be added to the special train between Surat and Mahuva on a temporary basis. Bhagat Ki Kothi Special will leave Pune every Friday at 20.10 hrs and reach Bhagat Ki Kothi at 19.55 hrs next day. The train will run from October 22 to November 19, 2021.
Similarly train number 01250 Bhagat Ki Kothi – Pune Special will depart from Bhagat Ki Kothi every Saturday at 22.20 hrs and reach Pune at 19.05 hrs the next day. The train will run from October 23 to November 2021. The train will run in both directions at Lonavala, Kalyan Junction, Vasai Road, Surat, Vadodara Junction, Ahmedabad Junction, Mehsana Junction, Patan, Bhildi Junction, Dhanera, Raniwara, Marwad Bhinmal, Modran, Jalor, Molaksar, Samdari Junction and Rokashe Junction. The train will have AC two tier, AC three tier, sleeper class and second class seating coaches.
