Students with Scientific aptitude in Gujarat have good news as today Gujarat government has granted permission for development of Science City in Ahmedabad and Rajkot. Rs 250 crores budget has earmarked for the project. Presently, tenders are invited for the job. In next 3 years in Ahmedabad Science City 2 and in Rajkot new Science City will be built. Gujarat students will be able to get benefit of Science City in two major cities. For Rajkot Science City Rs 25 crores have been allotted. In Ishwaryapark Science Museum will be developed in 10 acre of land. Presently, fencing work of Rajkot Science City is going on.
For Science City 2 in Ahmedabad 50 hectare of land adjacent to present one will be used for development.
