Schools to reopen from 23rd November for class 9 to 12 says Gujarat Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama.
The decision is taken after deep delibrations on educational aspect for students post March 2020 when first lockdown was imposed on Covid-19 pandemic. Opinion of teachers and parents is sought by Education department before re-opening the schools in Gujarat.
A task force has been formed to implement the decision of school re-opening in Gujarat. Firstly school of 9 to 12 standards will be re-opened, then primary schools will be re-opened.
To re-open the schools after long time and in wake of Covid-19 guidelines , Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) necessary preparations will be done by administration.
