In Rajkot, Nilesh Panchal Professor of Saurashtra University was booked for another sexual misconduct with his PhD student.
Panchal allegedly forced his PhD student to take bath at Diu sea beach and also forced her to stay with him in hotel.
In 2014, Panchal was already booked for sexual harassment. Enquiry by retired judge against him is pending.
