Today in 13 year old case, Mumbai sessions court will give judgement on May 6 of year 2002 hit-and-run trial involving actor Salman Khan.
Sessions Court completed trial with arguments from both the prosecution and the defense lawyers.
Salman has been accused of allegedly killing one person and injuring four by ramming his car into a bakery in September 2002. He has been charged under several sections of the Indian Penal Code, including culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
If convicted, Mr Khan faces a sentence of up to ten years in jail.
In his first and only statement before the court last month, the actor said that he was not driving the SUV that ran over people sleeping on a pavement, his driver Ashok Singh was.
Mr Khan, who admitted to having visited a bar with his brother Sohail Khan before the accident, claims that he only drank water and did not order any cocktails.
