Today in Ahmedabad, Sadvichar Parivar held a press conference, all trustees including Dr Pankaj Shah President, Shri Pravin K Laheri Managing Trustee , Shri Shaileshbhai Patwari, Shri KR Singh, Shri Vinodbhai Shah, Smt Neenaben Shah and Shri Jitendra B Panchal of Sadvichar Parivar were present on the occasion.
Trustee Dr Pankaj Shah briefed the conference and highlighted activities of the trust at launch of new health services starting from 12th October 2024. A new complex has been built in the Sadvichar Parivar campus for this noble cause. Expert doctors to provide consultation.
Sadvichar Parivar is a Gujarat based NGO, earnestly striving for service to the afflicted and for propagation of noble thoughts noble cause, for over six decades. It was founded by Shri Haribhai Panchal way back in 1965 with an ideal philosophy and noble initiative. To support and provide service to the most vulnerable people from marginalized groups including children, women, old age people and differently able people without any discrimination and pure dedication and commitment. To develop a society where people are living with values of humanity, cooperation, equality, tolerance, harmony and good faith.
Haribhai has published more than 300 books and distributed them. Its ”Suvichar” publication is regularly read by 10,000 families. To touch upon highlights of its activities, there is group exceeding 325 Senior Citizens. Dr KR Shroff Seva Sadan provides health related services to elderly and Senior Citizens, it provides General Duty Assistance Course.
Health services include General OPD daily morning,Dental,Eye OPD Physiotherapy Laboratory service, Mental Health Clinic, Multi Speciality Women Health Clinic,Free Memmography and Pap test every Friday. Expert advice from Pediatrics, Orthopedic, Physician,Skin,ENT, Cancer and Kidney related ailment.
Other multi faceted charitable activities involve Education to children, booklet on Education Guidelines, Reading Room, Computer Education, Digital Library and Health, Eye Hospital, equipments for sick people, Khichdi Prasad, Tiffin Seva, Moksh Vahini, Asthi Visarjan facility, Party plot for social events with capacity of 800 persons. There are Kitchen services and Community services. Also a Weekly News letter covering Women Empowerment, Geriatric care (health needs of the elderly people),Youth and Skill Development, Relief & Rehabilitation Senior Citizen and Prisoner Transformation. At Gandhinagar Uvarsad Sadvichar Parivar managed Hiralaxmi Bhikhabhai Banker Divyang Rehabilitation Center with 200 Divyang children is established.
