Today in Ahmedabad , in a press conference organized at Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, Executive President of GPCC Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee Himmatsinh Patel said that due to gross negligence and carelessness of BJP government of the state, occurrence of frequent state government competitive examination paper leak is becoming common issue in Gujarat. Recently, question paper for recruitment of Junior Clerks was leaked due to which lakhs of unemployed youth of the state became victims of the system. Lakhs of unemployed youth of the state already suffering from unemployment had to suffer the expense, wastage of time and great hardship of appearing for the exam. As always, Congress party has been active in standing by people of the state and addressing the issues of people. To protest against paper leaks by the BJP government, A symbolic rally-march will be held from Gandhi Ashram, Sabarmati to Kochrab Ashram, Paldi Ahmedabad on Tuesday, February 7 at 11:00 am.

LIC has suffered a loss of Rs 33,060 crores in the last few days due to massive investment in Adani group by LIC. While SBI and other Indian banks have given large amount of loan to Adani group. While Adani Group owes nearly Rs 80,000 crores to Indian banks. Congress party has never been against any particular Indian corporate house. Demands by the Congress party are, (1) an impartial inquiry by Chief Justice of Supreme Court or an inquiry by a Joint Parliamentary Committee into the Hidenburg Report (2) a debate in Parliament on the investments made by LIC and SBI another bank in the Adani Group and appropriate measures to protect investors.
