In Surat, Hookah party busted in Alishan Apartment in City light area by Umra police, 9 persons enjoying Hookah party after having drink were arrested. Last night all drunk guys started playing loud music, therefore disturbed neighbours called in Control room. Umra police reached the site and arrested 9 persons.
