Today Rahul Gandhi Congress Vice President visited Dalit family of Samdhiyana in Una who faced atrocities. Rahul set with elderly person of Dalit family and pacified him by holding his hand. Rahul listened to elderly Dalit for 30 minutes and had a tea offered by them. Rahul Gandhi was accompanied by Gujarat Congress President Bharatsinh Solanki and ex Gujarat president Arjun Modhwadia. Rahul from Samdhiyana will go to Rajkot and there also meet Dalits and enquire about them.
Around 2:30 pm, Rahul will meet Dalits undergoing treatment in Rajkot Civil Hospital. After raising the issue of Atrocities on Dalits of Gujarat in Rajya Sabha by Mayawati of BSP Bahujan Samaj Party. It had impact on other states also. Tomorrow, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP Aam Aadmi Party supremo will visit Samdhiyana and meet Dalit families. It is also learnt that NCP leader Praful Patel will also visit Una today.
