Today Patidar leader Hardik Patel was produced in Visnagar Court in connection with sabotage at BJP MLA in Visnagar. Outside Visnagar Court Hardik Patel said that compromise on 27 points have been worked out and now I will apply for the bail in Gujarat High Court. I had only sent sealed cover to government. Hearing in Visnagar Court will now be held on March 22. In support of Hardik lot of PAAS members were present outside the court. There was strict police security outside the court. Yesterday, Ahmedabad Sessions Court had rejected Hardik’s bail plea. Today Hardik’s counsel can demand copy of chargesheet. 15 out of 17 in the case have been granted bail.
Today in Rajkot, Porbandar MLA Vithal Radadiya stated that compromise on 8 month long Patidar issue will be worked out as aggrement on 27 points have been made and actual compromise is likely to be made in 2-3 days. Yesterday, Radadiya had met Gujarat Chief Minister in Gandhinagar. We had met Hardik’s father and Patidar leaders. As a compromise, government is in favour that if reservation to Patidars is not possible then Patidar Commission will be formed and Rs 15 lakhs aid to familes of those who lost their person.
