Congress National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra addressed a public rally in Valsad district of Gujarat. She alleged BJP of weakening the democracy system. She further alleged BJP of changing the Constitution of India. She said, “The constitution gave you the rights of equality, vote, reservation and ‘Jal-Jangal-Zameen’, but BJP’s MPs and ministers are saying that they want to change the constitution. Modi ji donot accept this, but there is a pattern in their working, that they first let the idea float through small leaders and the top leadership use to deny that. Then after coming to power they do the same thing which they denied. They want to change the constitution only to harm our rights. They have always worked to weakens our right.”
Priyanka Vadra was canvassing for Congress party in south Gujarat ahead of 3rd phse of Lok Sabha 2024 election.
