President of India Droupadi Murmu inaugurated 2-days Visitor’s Conference 2024-25 at Rashtrapati Bhavan, addressing heads of 184 Central Institutes of Higher Education. She highlighted the transformative power of quality education and research in Physical and Biological Science establishing India as a global knowledge leader and presented the prestigious Visitor’s Awards 2023 for excellence in innovation, research, and technology development.
Union Minister for Education Shri Dharmendra Pradhan graced the occasion, expressing gratitude to the President for her visionary leadership in shaping India’s academic landscape. Union Minister of State (IC) for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship & Minister of State for Education, Shri Jayant Singh and Union Minister of State for Education & Development of the North Eastern Region, Dr. Sukanta Majumdar were also present at the event.
