Today Prime Minister Narendra Modi travelled in Delhi Metro for inauguration of the extension of the Badarpur to Faridabad , satellite city. PM travelled the Metro at the Violet Line’s (Line 6) Janpath Station around 10 am in morning which will take him to Faridabad’s Bata Chowk Station. Metro passengers and officials remained surprised as PM was scheduled to take a chopper to Faridabad. He talked with daily commuters, who took selfies with the PM. Modi was accompanied by union Ministers Venkaiah Naidu, Virender Singh, Rao Inderjet Singh and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation chief Mangu Singh.
