Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on two day visit to Bhutan. Today, Narendra Modi addressed joint session of Parliament of Bhutan. He expressed readiness towards furthering education and spelled significance of education in the society, which ultimately leads to strengthening society.
Reveals his plans Modi said, we intend to setup E-Library for falicitation of students community. This facility will help Bhutan in moving forward and connect it with entire world. he also plans to open a Central University for Himalayan Studies and introduce a subject that can focus on the betterment of Bhutan’s flora and fauna. He talked of advent of satellite technology.
Modi added that ample of students from Bhutan come to India for education so he has asked Bhutan PM to raise the scholarship to get benefit to more youngsters of attaining higher education.
