With Narendra Modi government in the center with a clean majority, is gearing up to overhaul labour market and bring reforms in decade old Indian laws. Present Labour Laws were framed in context of British Rule in India and labour conditions then in India. It is a priority and a challenge for Modi government to create job opportunity within 100 days of getting into power. Move of revamping labour laws will benefit millions of workers of India and boost up Indian economy.
