Passengers of Spicejet flight complaint against Airlines Manager at Surat Airport
Today in Surat, passengers of Spicejet flight allegedly complained against neglect by airlines in proper response to customers.
Passengers of Spicejet flight from Surat to Jodhpur complained that airlines, kept them hanging for 9 to 10 hours and last moment informed about flight getting cancelled.
They said that Airlines Manager talked to them rudely and instead of making any arrangement locked him in his room and instructed security persons.
Passengers were offered bus journey by Volvo to Jodhpur, which they denied.
