Today Gujarat High Court orders not to collect any fees other than Tuition fees till schools re-start. Arrangements may be made to pay fees by EMI. State government was directed to issue notification to this effect.
A meeting with school administrators will be held soon to resolve fees related issues following the order of High Court. said Education Minister.The Education Department will soon hold a meeting with the school administrators following the order of the High Court today to resolve the issue of fees by meeting the school administrators regarding the fees of students when the education process is currently closed and students are not attending schools Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama has stated.
The High Court today in its detailed judgment in response to PIL Public Interest Litigation regarding school fees pointed out that interest of both the parties , parents and administrators should be maintained and government should meet with the administrators to resolve the issue of fees unanimously. The High Court in its order also said that the administrators should help the state government with a generous view.
