North India under cold wave; dense fog delays Delhi bound flights and trains

With temperature measuring 4.2 degree Celsius, Delhi witnessed coldest Monday in the last five years.  As many as 50 Delhi bound trains are running late and 12 flight schedules have been hit due to dense foggy conditions. Visibility has been hit badly in the capital city in early morning affecting even road traffic. Even, Ranji Trophy in Delhi gets delayed due to dense fog and poor light conditions.
