No complaint by CID following letter to PMO on Bitcoin scam by Shailesh Bhatt

It is leant that PMO Prime Minister’s Office was intimated through a letter to PM Office in 22 March 2018 about a comprehensive bitcoin scam by builder Shailesh Bhatt of Surat.

Subsequent to letter to PM Office by scam by Shailesh Bhatt, in turn PM instructed Chief Secretary of Gujarat for proper enquiry in the case and submit a report to PMO.

Builder Shailesh was arrested by CID but till date no complaint has been filed against him, which is raising question on the modality of CID.
