Today, Supreme Court extended order by holding the execution of the death sentence of Nithari killer Surinder Koli till 29 October.
Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice-designate Justice HL Dattu while extending the stay asked senior lawyer to place before them in bullet points the grounds on which Koli is seeking a review of the judgement confirming his death sentence by the highest court. Hearing on Koli’s review petition will be on 28 October.
