Ahmedabad, December 30, 2024: Navgujarat College of Computer Applications, part of the Navgujarat Group of Colleges, recently organised a workshop on Web Application Development for its final-year students. The session focused on equipping budding coders and developers with the skills necessary to thrive in the rapidly evolving technology sector.
Conducted by Professor Vishal Bhandari, a seasoned expert in full-stack web development, the workshop offered hands-on training in modern web development technologies, including Firebase, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and Google services. With extensive experience in global tech projects, Professor Bhandari shared several insights and practical inputs on building robust, scalable, and cost-effective web applications.
Participants explored the integration of Firebase for user authentication, real-time databases, and cloud storage, along with advanced JavaScript techniques for creating dynamic and interactive features. The session also delved into efficient data handling using JSON and AJAX, enabling seamless communication between the front-end and back-end of applications.
Best practices for responsive design and web page structuring with HTML and CSS were also covered, giving students an insight on making user-friendly layouts. Additionally, the workshop highlighted the use of Google services and APIs to optimise and scale web applications effectively.
A key highlight of the session was the live demonstration of project creation and deployment, which provided students with a step-by-step understanding of building and deploying professional-grade applications.
