Today using spade, Prime Minister Narendra Modi starts the Cleanliness campaign in his Lok Sabha constituency,Varanasi, by removing silt deposited along the banks of the River Ganga. PM nominated nine persons, including Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, to further the campaign in Uttar Pradesh.
