On 25th December Christmas eve , Kankaria Carnival 2024 which was inaugurated by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel at the Kankaria Lakefront premises in Ahmedabad city. The Carnival will go on till 31st December. At the inaugural event, as many as 1,200 students from municipal schools and Anganwadis made a Guinness Book of World Record by simultaneously unwrapping and eating candies and chocolates. The event was attended AMC office bearers, Ahmedabad Mayor, MLAs, Councillors and minister Jagdish Vishwakarma.
1196 students successfully opened and ate chocolate simultaneously.
