Raghu Ram, the man behind MTV’s reality show Roadies, and his wife Sugandha Garg of Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na fame have decided to part ways after almost 10 years of marriage. The couple got married in 2005. While the duo is tight-lipped about splitting, a source close to them said the decision was mutual. As reported by a leading daily, Raghu and Sugandha took the decision as they were not getting enough time together due to their schedules.
Talking about what caused the parting the source said, “Both of them have been able to spend lesser and lesser time with each other over the last few years and that has probably changed the equation between them.” Raghu is right busy with his company Monozygotic and Sugandha is preparing for her film Jugni which releases in January.
The source said Raghu and Sugandha care about each other and still hang out together. “They respect each other’s decision and still hang out together. In fact, we all hang out together and there is no awkwardness or bad feeling at all. They are close friends and will continue to be so for the rest of their lives,” the source was quoted as saying.
